PROFILE

As a human-centred UX Designer, my philosophy is all about the user's journey and emotions, aiming for every interaction to be both meaningful and intuitive. With a background in customer service, I pride myself on understanding people, solving problems, and adapting to new challenges. I am deeply inspired by the entire UX design life-cycle. My superpowers are visual design, user interface and clearly transmitting the soul of mission-driven projects. Embracing a growth mindset, I am consistently curious, eager to learn and explore new ideas. I dream of working on projects that bring positive change to users' lives.

EduCompass

  • Collaborated with stakeholders for the integration of AI elements into the educational platform.

  • Guided the design team in creating a cohesive, user-centric prototype on Figma.

  • Established a comprehensive component library for consistent and efficient design processes.

Young Living Europe

  • Provided exceptional multilingual customer support in Spanish, Portuguese, and English for + 200 users a week, including order processing and issue resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluated user’s product satisfaction by conducting engagement surveys and analysing feedback to provide recommendations for website improvement. 

  • Achieved "Rising Star" recognition by surpassing performance targets and exemplifying dedication and excellence, coupled with effective collaboration in a remote work environment, contributing to team success and cohesion.

2021 - 2022

Marketing Assistant

Sports Department - Daniel Department Store

  • Successfully grew Instagram following from 0 to 700+ by creating  compelling social content, including marketing copy and captivating images that enhanced the visual appeal of the store, attracted customers, and increased sales. 

  • Utilised visual merchandising in line with industry best practices to enhance the in-store experience, optimising product placement and aesthetics to drive sales.
